[PATCH v11 01/13] MODSIGN: Export module signature definitions

Hello Jessica,

AFAIK Mimi is happy with this patch set, but I still need acks from
maintainers of other subsystems that my changes touch before she can
accept it.

Is this patch OK from your PoV?
