[PATCH v2 2/3] selftests/landlock: Test LANDLOCK_RESTRICT_SELF_NO_NEW_PRIVS

These tests are good.

Please run clang-format on these files.

Also, we can use the same max_layres pattern to check the errno and the
state of NNP for the calling thread (when the call failed).
