[RFC PATCH 4/5] landlock/selftests: test LANDLOCK_ACCESS_FS_CONNECT_UNIX

* Exercise the LANDLOCK_ACCESS_FS_CONNECT_UNIX access right.
* Extract common helpers from an existing IOCTL test that
also uses pathname unix(7) sockets.
