In kernel/bpf/Kconfig we use:
config BPF
        bool
        select CRYPTO_LIB_SHA1

I think it's fine to add "select CRYPTO_LIB_SHA256" in this patch,
and remove CRYPTO_LIB_SHA1 line in patch 2,
since the only user will be gone.
