[GIT PULL] Smack patches for v6.3

Hello Linus,

Here is the Smack pull request for v6.3.

There is only one change, a fix for an edge case when
resetting the CIPSO representation of a Smack label.
The change has had a good spell in next and passes all
tests. Thank you.
