[PATCH v2] tpm: consolidate the TPM startup code
Jarkko Sakkinen

Wed Jun 21 07:31:34 UTC 2017
Consolidated all the "manual" TPM startup code to a single function
in order to make code flows a bit cleaner and migrate to tpm_buf.
Signed-off-by: Jarkko Sakkinen <jarkko.sakkinen at linux.intel.com>

v2: startup type is u16 (not u32)
